As for boost pressure - the PSI of the turbo depends on the engine tune and type of turbo. I expect one of the gauges you have on the dash will show you the boost pressure.
Only have this picture right now, can take more if it helps.
Checked over the vacuum lines and I did only find one restrictorer, she is making 7psi at wot.
