New from Denmark Sa22 rallycar

Hallo ther im a new guy from Denmark currently building a sa22 rallycar with the following setup

13b 48 mm IDA
2x2" exhaust all the way
FC gearbox
In the front i shaved of the old disc with a lathe redid the bolt pattern from 4x110 t0 4x108 and mounted 283 mm brakes directly from peugeot 307 hdi with everything on to the original center of the front disc. with 20 mm spacers to finish it of
In the back i´ve mounted a volvo 740 rearaxel i completely shaved it off and build stronger brackets to fit it with "uniballs" i redit the bolt pattern from 5x108 to 4x108 and shaved of about 4,8 mm to fit 266 mm peugeot 206 brakes with everything. the rearaxel is 5 cm (2inch) wider than original so no need for spacers here.
rims are 15x6" lightwheigt et15 så its sitting about ½" from the fender. i need to find som fender wideners.
Rear shocks are bilstein front shocks are Kyb.
the car is lowered 40 mm
And so on and so on

A few questions. anyone know where i can get fender wideners (if thats what they are called)
like thees ore maybe a bit for racelike

What fuel filters are you guys using for highpower engines with pre-mix right now im using a marine filter and a red-top fuelpump with filterking.
my car is far from done but i need to order a fueltank. i cant figure out if i need 8,10 ore 12 gallons. In race mode how many miles per gallons do you guys get,
where can i but a pinion rack ore a difrent gearset for the steering hous for faster steering.
Can i use a original clutch ore do i need a stronger one for my 200 bhp

Best Regards Rasmus Andersen Denmark

Some pictures of my project.
ps There was a lot more rust than i expectet

Ah hot damn! Denmark is chiming in lol. What's up Rasmus. I'm Ron.

Are you talking about fender flares? I've personally never had interest in them, but I'm pretty sure those are a common car part not some uber rare JDM thing.

You're in Denmark and have a stronger market and following of rallycar or WRC fans than us so I would be surprise you find a shop that fabs or sells them.

by the way, are you planning on riveting or molding them to your fenders?

ah, cool. Same here. I got to go with that track bruiser look. It always looks beastly. Best to you with your project. Post pics on how it's coming along.

thank you yes i love the brutal look in denmark cars ar så expensive and often old cars are so rusty that when people restor them its in the extreme and thay are extremely carefull about them. my goal is to make i high performance car that can be used as much as possible and is cheapest to repair thats why im using the volvo rearaxel and the peugeot brakes.

here are som pics of fitting the rearaxel its my first time using a lathe so fair i only broke one grinding head.
and some pics of the rollcage and front hubs
