This is the RX-7 I'm getting my hands on. It's a 1983 with 70,000 on it. It was parked in 2003-2004 and has been sitting stagnant since. When parked the only problem was that the Master Brake Cylinder needed to be replaced. It was parked on fresh oil with no other issues. All rust is surface rust no visible rust through anywhere. Battery was removed when parked.
What should I be looking to replace in this, I've got a small list going of:

• All fluids
• Battery
• Spark plugs
• Brakes
• Rotors ​​
• Calipers
• Master brake cylinder

What else would be a no brainer and what should I look into before trying to start her up? I'm only 19 so fresh into the grind but ready to learn.

Replace all the fuel with fresh. Premix the fuel with 2 stroke oil. Some Sea Foam or other cleaner wouldn't be amiss. Squirt some 2 stroke oil into the sparkplug holes and make sure it's turning free before you try to start it. Before starting check that you have spark at the plugs, it'll save you some headaches if you don't. Fill the float bowl in the carburetor with fresh fuel as well. It sounds as if the rest of the drivetrain is probably sound, but of course, check the fluid levels before attempting to drive.
