Welcome! While I don't spend much time in the first gen section, I can say the second gen section is full of excellent information to help you along your journey. If you have questions regarding that model, I'd recommend searching there first!

Thanks guys. The 82 I've had for 15 years now, she hasn't been on the road for 10 years now. Didn't have the money to fix it at the time and when I did I did all I could with it. Then the 88 convertible came up and I said pay to get the 82 fixed or buy this one and fix the 82 later, and that's what I did. I'm going to fix up the body good enough to pass safety inspection and then rat rod her. The 98 I don't have yet it is on her way from Japan won her at auction about a month ago just waiting for arrival and to clear customs. I will post pics when I have all 3. I will check out the second gen page I have some questions about idling and rough running .
