New 1990 GXL owner
Obligatory into post with story:
Guy dropped by my dad's shop last month, see's SCCA-spec'd 2nd gen sitting out back. Stops in, says "Hey, I have one of those, but it's sitting with an overheating problem"
Move forward a week and I'm towing a 1990 GXL out of a storage yard for $100
$200 fuel pump and fluid changes later and I'm driving said GXL.
Pretty awesome so far, not enjoying the gas mileage though
