Yooo! Finally got my hands on a clean fc. I've always loved the cars, just never had the opportunity to obtain one.

I've been snooping around on this forum for years.

It needs a few things before I start modification. This weekend it'll get a fresh oil change, plugs, wires, fuel filter etc. I'm about to order some differential and subframe bushings. I need to figure out why the high beams are inop. The check engine light was on when I bought it. It had a code for a intake temp sensor. It was just unplugged, so that's cool.

This car is technically a one family owned car. The original owner is in his 70s. He bought it new, then passed it down to his son, who then passed it down to his. Pretty cool story to be honest. They wanted to sell it because nobody drove it enough and they felt guilty. It has just over 112k miles.

It'll just be a street car, that may or may not see a drift event or two. I'm looking for a spare diff to weld, but when pay day rolls around I'll be ordering coilovers, a nardi, knuckles, and find some sort of exhaust solution. My sis has a fc in the process of getting a 1j installed, so I have a nice racing beat exhaust manifold for it. Also on the hunt for some decent spec advan model v's, so if anyone sees any, hit me up.

I'm originally a nissan guy. I've had 6 s-chassis, one of which I still have and is under the knife at the moment. I've always had a soft spot for rx7's, though, especially fc verts for some weird reason.

Planning on keeping all of my OEM stuff so that one day it can return to stock if I ever decide to get rid of it. Doubtful.

Welcome to the forum! Appears to be a very clean and original FC. Those can be tough to come by these days in nice condition. That's a good find with great history!
