Hello everyone. My search for an RX 7 began six years ago with my father. We both admired the rotary and had a love for the rare sports car it powers. Shorty before I found my "rex" my father was killed doing what he loved, driving. So I begin the restoration without him, but I always take a few minutes to remember him before I start wrenching. I think he would be proud of this new project, and I am sure willing to ask that anyone who can offer advice do so so that I may get my project on the road soon.

Condolences on your loss, Ben. You've come to the right place to get that rex on the road. If you've run into any specific problems, head on over to the New Member Tech section and post them up. It's been set up with folk that won't toss out the "Search the board" replies that often drive people to tears trying to get answers as new members of the website.

Glad to have another 1stgen guy join the boards.

i feel for ya man. me and my dad have never seen eye o eye about anything especially cars but i know that when ilose hima small piece of me will die with him. but on to brighter news.... congrats on your first 7! i have had mine for about 4 months now and wouldnt trade it for anything!
