My first FD
Hey Guys,
Just bought my first FD, it's a 93 Touring, Montego Blue, with 53K on the clock, I got it from another forum member (SupraNak). I plan on keeping the car streetable with a total WHP goal of 350, and doing mostly handling mods to the car. I took some pictures of the car this weekend, tell me what you guys think

It's a blast, coming from S-chassis cars I thought I knew what to expect what this car, but I had no idea. It does everything better than any S car I've ever been in, and its so willing to take a turn its incredible. Honestly the car scares me more than any Nissan I've driven, because of it's willingness to just move in any direction with a flick of the wrist. If anyone is in the lower New England are and wants to go for a cruise just hit me up (if I don't reply it's probably because I'm driving :P)

Nice looking FD man. When I first got mine I planned on keeping it streetable with 350RWHP or less too...now I'm over 500. It's a slippery slope. :P
Anyway, make sure you read up and research every mod before you go forth, get yourself a WB, and watch out for boost creep/spikes! Good luck.

Have the safety recalls been performed? (Fuel lines/rad cap/brake check valve)? What about reliability upgrades? Hopefully you're only running 1 cat (or better yet no cats with proper boost control), and I'd recommend ditching the AST (air separator tank) if your car still has it.

Don't mean to high jack your thread but with these vechicle recalls, when do they expire and where to I get a list?? As you can see I have no experience with these car in general.
