Owner 1: Bought brand new in 1987, not imported. 24,352 miles in 2014.

Owner 2: Bought *Unknown* , 25,285 miles in 2019.

Owner 3 (me): Bought March 8th 2021, 25,298 miles.


...Never thought id get my childhood dream car so soon so i never did extensive reasearch into these cars, I am mechanically knowlegable but am here to learn the hidden secrets of these cars and get into discussions with some real enthusiasts, maybe make some friends if yall aint too mean lol.

The car is 100% stock and in perfect condition and both previous oowners never let it see the rain.

Welcome to the forum!! Amazing that you know its history and thank you for sharing with us! Did the wheels come painted black originally? Here in the U.S. they were not painted black. They were silver with a polished lip. Mazda did some different things in different markets so I figured it was worth asking.

 

I cannot find a UK options sheet or this cars option sheet but the seller did include silver Sport/GLX wheels in the sale so i think those are the original ones, the qualty of the paint on the current wheels are very very good so i would assume it was done proffesionally


Looking at this North American options sheet it (https://www.rx7club.com/new-member-r...ations-963416/) it does have stuff like the premuim interior and the diversety antenna, but it is missing stuff like power mirrors that are standard on every model (unless theres a hidden button for them that i havent found), it also has the powered sunroof i cant reconise any of the other standard options.


also the owners manual that came with is just "Mazda rx-7" with no different packages/options mentioned

edit: also the steering wheel is leather
