Martin from Wichita Ks
Hey fellas,
Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm from Wichita, Ks. I was drawn to this forum because I've decided to try my luck with an rx-7. I do not own one at the moment. I've been real close to getting one but both prospects turned out bad apples (carfax saved me time and money).
A little about me, I've owned a few cars (350z, supra) and since I've sold them both I really want to challenge myself with rotarys. I also want to be different from people into the car scene here in Wichita. I know what you're thinking, "Kansas has a car scene?" lol but to even my surprise, there's a good amount of good looking cars here. If you guys are familiar with Cupcake meet, then you might know that the president is from Wichita, Ks.
I'm military and do major repairs on planes but for the next 3 years I'm an instructor to teach people how to fix planes. As far as my knowledge on rotary engines, I know the basics so I want to pick at the brains of you guru's.
I'm a real easy going guy so I hope to get along here. So far from the few threads I've read already, it seems like you guys like to help out...unlike other forums. Anyway, I think I've written enough.
