$750 for a car that runs and drives is one hell of a deal. Very good find.

Wow, thats a steal, especially since the engine works and runs.

Im looking at picking up a FD with a mint body, but no engine/trans or differential for 600$ locally. Im pretty sure its a good deal, but I must admit, with the interior and engine in yours, you put my good deal to shame haha.

All the best with your build !

That junkyard must be on drugs because the engine alone (given its not smoking or low compression)in that car is worth at least $2000.

You scored big time.

What the ****! I'm so incredibly jealous right now. I'm going around every local junkyard and hoping to find a nice project car, or at least some Crown Vics.

You are going to need a lot of parts, but at least you are way ahead with only paying $750 for a car that is complete enough to start up. People pay a lot more for just a rolling chassis. It is surprising that the yard did not pull the engine, typically that is one of the first things the more organized yards do.

If you like body work this is certainly a car that will keep you busy.

Thanks guys. I already acquired about 90% of the parts for the car. I need to do a lit of work though, but in the end Iwill have a mint condition and pretty bad *** car for about 3-4k

Not bad at all for a junk yard find. I've only ever seen two in the scrap yards here and all that was left was the frame.

Its Detroit, nothing is well organized here. And generally import cars are great for picking because nobody cares or knows anything about them.
