Nice find! I wouldn't touch the appearances since it's so clean, but can't argue with 99 spec looks either! I guess I should just find another to have both and you didn't overpay unless the seller was heartless and sabotaged it...I recommend cooling, vac hoses, and fuel system as the best reliability mods/maintenance. The exhaust is Tanabe Medalion cat back.
I'm planing on mods in this order: down pipe, commander fc with high flow cat and open airbox, then suspension. Then new radiator and intercooler. Only thing is now I have a baby on the way so this is all on hiatus. For right now

Deffinately fuel control early in the mods timeline

Private sale. Originally bought by an older gentleman. Mostly sat in a garage until 2006 it was puchased for $26k with around 20k miles on it. That owner put only an exhaust on it. Then I just bought it for $21k with 45k miles on it.

 

I would recommend cooling first then everything else.

Definitely a nice find. You will love the 99 spec body. It really is the best body option available for the fd. Nothing comes close to the perfect styling of the 99 front.
