Hi my name is Justin, last name is super long as you can see from my username. I just bought a 1991 rx7 fc vert and I’m looking forward to learning all I can about the rx7/rotary scene. Non turbo 13b. How can I tell if it’s the REW?

Oh okay I wasn’t really sure what that meant. So what are the different classifications and what exactly do they mean? Isn’t it rew or cosmo?

 

welcome to the forum. rew was in the FD or j-spec cosmo.

Yes it is a 5 speed and I have MOST of the service history the vehicle was bought from the dealer in 91 and taken there until 2008 it wasn’t driven much only 77k on the mileage after 2008 I’m assuming the woman who owned it wasn’t able to drive it anymore . I’m not sure, the guy I bought it from hadn’t drove it much it was a present to him. He hadn’t said much about the previous owner
