just bought a 88 tII shell
This might be of a little help. Not so much for obtaining parts, but for visualization purposes:

I'm in the middle of a restoration project on an '88 Vert also. This might be a bit helpful.....not so much for obtaining parts but for visualization purposes. Here's the link:

Congrads on the TII.. I just got mine less than a couple months ago and love it... honestly im going to say research research research.... find what you want yours to be and then take the best approach to getting there.... i know more about rotarys than the guys at most speed shops in the area...
after reading a few books... o and i would definatly invest in a workshop manual... the other books are great too but the worshop manual makes it all easier... better pics and diagrams and WAY better explanations....

it's not rusty at all not a singal spot. U spent 250 on a shell and u regret it? Why is that, I origanaly bought this to do an ls1 swap but the swap Is so pricey. I'm not sure if I'm up for dropping 5 grand into just the drivetrain.
i almost regret it because i have alot of work ahead of me and she is slightly rusty nothing to bad but still.
im only 18 and work part time and go to school full time
and i cant find a 13b n/a or turbo for the life of me so im getting pissed
