Jonathan - new member in Northwest Houston
Hi everyone! I've had my 1993 RX-7 touring edition since 1999. I'm a lifetime customer of Rotary Performance in Garland although I can't get over to them much since moving to Northwest Houston in 2006. The RX-7 is my toy but also my daily driver. My wife doesn't like driving it, and that is fine by me!
It's got a black exterior and tan interior, still stock rims. I fully restored the exterior and interior in 2005, and before that put in a rebuilt motor in 2004 both to improve performance, extend longevity, and fix air and fluid leaks. It looks mostly like a new stock RX-7 but I have changed the following over the years:
Best regards,
Jonathan

It looks mostly like a new stock RX-7 but I have changed the following over the years:
- Apexi PowerFC installed and tuned by Rotary Performance (best money I've ever spent on the RX-7 without a question!!!!)
- Fully restored exterior and interior in 2005 (won best interior at 2006 Quad State Rotary BBQ )
- Rebuilt motor by Rotary Performance in 2004
- Restored the factory seats with Tan Katzkin branded Italian leather
- RP Competition fuel pump
- Yokohama AVES ES100 245x45WR16 tires
- Alpine CD headunit and external amplifier
- Infinity front and rear speakers (replaced map pockets with 6x9 factory grilles and mounts)
- Infinity 10" servo-controlled subwoofer where the driver's side storage bin used to be
- Tokiko Illumina 5-way adjustible shocks
- Suspension Specialties springs (too low sometimes but I like it)
- Factory R1 front strut brace
- Factory R1 front spoiler
- Cross drilled & slotted brake rotors
- Bonez stainless downpipe and performance converter system (I'm on my second converter now)
- RSR dualtip catback exhaust
- Apex SuperIntake system
- C-West fresh air headlight cover
- Fluidyne performance radiator
- Aluminum air separator tank
- Keyless entry & factory alarm system
- Mazdaspeed leather shifter ****
- Katzkin leather shifter boot, parking brake handle, and parking brake boot
- Earmark Formula One Millenium/Ultimate tinted windows
- Factory cargo net (I think it adds 10rwhp )
Best regards,
Jonathan

Oh yeah--I also forgot to mention that I did the temperature gauge linearization (http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/G...structions.pdf) and did my own '99 taillight conversion (http://www.jsott.com/rx-7/lights/).
