NC Introduction from Fayetteville )fort bragg), NC

Hello guys my name is Cairyl and I just recently bought a 1995 rx7. I live in fayetteville, nc and I was wondering if anyone knew an fd shop around the area and possibly some help. Here's my situation

I drove to fay from raleigh saturday (67 miles) and my fd was running great with no problem. i was advice to change the spark plugs by the previous owner (bought the car july 20). i changed the spark plugs (leaving the old wires in) at my buddy's place on base and after i changed it, the car started rough idling around 700 rpm and white fumes that smelled like gas was coming out of the exhaust. mind you, ive been driving the car for about 3 weeks straight everyday without any problems. i followed every procedure to change the plugs (knowing leading from trailing and also marking which wires went with which plugs). i dont know what i couldve possibly have done wrong. i probably knocked a hose or senor loose or something but the car was fine 2 hours before i changed the plugs.

now instead of keeping the new plugs back in, i changed it back to the old ones hoping the problem would stop. it didnt. the same problem. i drove the car home from where i changed the plugs (approx 5-7 miles) and the car was dying on stop signs and lights unless i gave it some gas. it was losing power on the way home, but drivable still. i parked the car behind my mother's bmw.

in the morning before church, i moved the car so my mother can use her car. it took me about 3-5 min to move the rx7. i didnt wait for it to warm up or anything bc i was afraid that it would cause more problems to the car. i moved the car about 15 feet away.

i came back from church to try to start it, and the car would not turn over unless i floored the accelerator and when it did start, it died as soon as the needle reached about 500 rpm. can anyone please help me out? especially if youre in the fayetteville, nc area. i will greatly appreciate it!! thank you
