Hey my name is Geoff and I own a 1990 GTU. I have loved 7s since I saw one in a dealership when I was tiny. The bad side of my love is mine doesn't run. It has sat for 5 years in KS! lol I like to tell people I got it at a garage sale. Long story short is saw a garage sale down the street from a friends and was joking with the guy about the car being for sale too. Well took some time talking to him and finally got him to say ok to $100. He said it has been sitting ever since his son left the house 4 years ago. Well add that plus the year I have had it and it hasn't been started or anything just towed over to my house. Im trying to find out if I should just scrap it (heart break) and get a new one or just get a new engine.
