Introducing : Project Yokai Blitz

Hey everyone! Well I've finally taken the forum plunge now that this year I've finally been able to tick off a very important bucket list item; my very own RX-7 (87 S4 TurboII). With porno red interior. Best thing (only good thing?) to happen to me this year. I've been on the hunt for a few years now, admittedly with more of an open heart than an open wallet, but I had a friend of mine contact me a few months ago being mysterious and dragging me out of the city to lay my eyes on this beauty. I've been very elbow deep in the seven other cars I had to deal with and didn't have much money to tie into another vehicle (nor space, either) but it was at a very reasonable price. That's how it usually starts, right? The previous owner had bought it primarily as a parts car, namely the drivetrain and the 5-lug conversion. Which works out for me as I'm more than happy with four bolt with my vision of being a little wheel car. Naturally this would have been a perfect swap candidate, but unfortunately I'm a bigger fool than most and I'm just looking to get a 13b running at some point early next year. But I couldn't be more excited.

Welcome!! Shame that he took the 5 lug hubs but if you're ok with the 4 lug then all is well. Do you know any of the car's history?

Unfortunately I don't really know much about the history. Seller didn't have much as he was much more interested in the parts for his own FC, and I haven't gone and got my hands on the used car package for the car to see how many times it's changed hands and from where.
