Intro

Previous cars: 13' Civic SI, 15' BRZ, 08' Cayman S, 15' STI

This is all in a 5 year stretch mind you. I've done AutoX in the BRZ, Porsche and STI and I've done RallyX in the STI.
I really want to start racing more, and doing that on a $500/month loan seemed like a bad idea. I want a RWD car since all I wanna do is slide, slide, slide.
It needs to be <20k so I can feel okay racing it. It needs to be cheap enough to work on/fix (out goes the Cayman)

That left me with like a 240sx/sc300 LS swap or an FD/GTR/BRZ.
I still haven't totally decided yet, but I have always loved the FD and I think that's what I'm gonna do.

The plan is to immediately put an FIA spec rollcage in it and doing track events while I save up for a rally suspension.
Then it's gonna be Rally America/NASA RallySport - I'll probably give drifting a shot as well. Road racing is on the table too, but I think I'm gonna rally it.

Eventually I might do an LS swap, but I think I'll keep the rotary at least until it lets go, maybe one engine after that.
Now I just gotta find a straight, rust-free rolling chassis or a reasonably priced running FD.

I'm in New Hampshire so I'm prolly gonna have to drive halfway across the country for it, but hopefully in the next 6 months I'll be an FD owner
