Howdy, everyone - glad to be here ! :D
Hello, everyone
I am the proud owner of a '91 NA vert (pictures in album, more to come) and glad to find a place to hang out, talk, and learn more about what everyone else has done to their favorite machines...
I'm horrible at introductions, but just saying that I'm glad to be here - my first RX-7 was an '81 NA coupe, but back then in the late 90's, forums like this weren't around that I knew of, so it's great to see that technology brings us together as a community, moreso than swap meets and meetups.
I bought my vert from an ad on Craigslist, and the guy that was selling it had what can only be termed as an obsessive amount of pictures of this beautiful machine in the post... Looking at it when I bought it, it was in great shape but needed some TLC, which it promptly got... Fixed the transmission 'hold' light issue, new rubber all around, a/c charged, detailed, and paint fixed, and she's nowhere near done, but an amazing machine to drive.
I look forward to contributing as much as I can, and learning from everyone else here... I would love to find out when and where any meetups in Houston are, if anyone knows!
Regards,
Jake
