Hi I'm Shane, currently living in Japan.

I've always wanted an rx7, and I came across a deal I couldnt refuse:


I have had alot of different cars, and worked on many more. I mostly lurk, there alot of good information here and I have alot of learning to do about this car and its systems.

The fd currently doesn't run, most likely an apex seal but I'm crossing my fingers its something else. (I unsuccessfully tried to test compression today with my cheap de-schraeder-valved tester, I didn't get any blips from either rotor)
It came with:
Cusco coilovers
HKS catback
a (not installed) test pipe
turbo timer
boost and oil temp gauges (oil temp not hooked up)
exedy stage 1 clutch and mazdaspeed lightweight flywheel
and apexi power intakes
--no I did not get the advans, they had horrible offset--

It seems like the previous owner was on top of maintnence, recent oil change, plugs, brakes, and vacuum lines w/in the last year.
