Hello from the UK! A new FB owner.
Hello folks,
I've spent a while wandering around the forum reading some brilliant guides and such and thought I should join having just stepped into the world of RX7's!
I'd been looking for a weekend car to restore as a project for a little while, and rotaries have always had a wee place in my heart! (and now around the back of the house as well). I had my eyes set on a first gen 12a and managed to grab one after a few months of looking, owing to how rare they are over here.
pics to follow in the respective forum soonish! been working on off on her for a few weeks and she's a smooth runner after some pre-fire up fiddling. Was a bit of a worry since it had been sitting for 6 years, and I more or less bought it blind with only "not been started for a while" to go with. Whoever said buying used cars was risky?
