Hello, My name is Nick, I live in Montana, and I am a new member to this site but I have referred here many times while working on my 85 GSL. I am an ASE certified technician and I have been working on piston engines all my life, but this is my first rotary and I love the car to death. Just from what I’ve read and what I’ve heard, you guys are rotary GODS! And if you will accept me, I would very much like to be apart of your club. I am about to make my first post about a real problem I have titled “1985 RX-7 GSL 12A running problem.” Please take a moment to read it and see if you can help me out.

Im ready to but im fighting a goofy carb problem. Im down right stumped on this one. i am going to try to figure out how to post whats going on

 

Well i wrote out a long description of the problem that i'm fighting but i have got to get about fifteen or so posts under my belt before i can post it. So talk to me guys and help me wipe these out................. OK, for a jump off topic, why does Pennzoil claim that its not OK to run synthetic oil in a rotary? I know its injected in the carb but what will synthetics hurt?
