Hello, I just picked up a 85 with a 12a for $500 knowing that it has a bad motor. it was pretty much a impulse buy but I have wanted to get a rotor powered car for awhile now since I seen my buddys FD. I found it on craigslist listed for 600, he stated the car has no rust, I did find one weak spot behind the passenger rear tire, my guess being that the antenna was removed that water got in through the hole and ate away at it. I think it was a good buy, now my next step is to do some research and learn a bit about it, and to see what direction I will go for the new motor. I would like to make some serious power! -Dave
