Hello everyone my name is Jeremy but everyone calls me Jay. I Own a 1988 T2 and have owned it since 2004, but I have only been able to drive it twice. The engine needs to be rebuilt and I want to reinforce the body and rework the suspension. I joined here because of all the information that I have already read. I have a idea of the parts I want to use and now its just about money savings.

i just moved here back in July from southern Indiana. I work at AutoZone HQ and live down town. (the FD is still in Indiana)

 

damn only drove it twice, stick with it you should be more than happy after you drive it again

 

I am, its just taking longer than I wanted. But I'm buying parts and tools when I can. Having a toddler and student loans its going to be slow but it was a gift from my wife. So I have to get it running even its just basic mods and suspension upgrades.

Ive had my tII for about 5 years and oly drove it once. And the motor is rebuilt already. I feel your pain. Ive just had a lot of missing parts and electrical problems ive been figuring out.
