ME Hello, I'm Kurt from Arundel, Maine

Back in the day I had a beautiful dark blue gray colored turbo II. I think it was powered by actual rockets that came out of the tail lights. That's probably just how I remember it.
I am interested in finding a way to create a semi efficient 700 plus horsepower engine.
I am into most things that can be raced: cars, snowmobiles, motocross, boats, and absolutely planes.
I am hoping to find the knowledge and expertise to help me get to my project goals.

Welcome, Kurt!

One word for you, well actually, one acronym! EFR. The big Borg turbos on a quality manifold (Turblown, Gleaseman, etc.) can make big power on a properly setup car, with a very good response and power band.

Peruse the build threads and dyno threads, you'll find an abundance of cars with these turbos documented.

Btw, any pictures of your car in beautiful New England?

Thank you very much. I wish I had some pics, pre camphone internet days. I don't have it anymore, I was young and thought I was Emerson Fittipaldi. Unfortunately the a big tree taught me that I was not the hard way. I will have another one, kids are older now.
