NM Hello from the FD in New Mexico

Hello!

I'm Justin and at the end of 2021 I bought my dream LS1 T-56 Magnum swapped FD. So far I have only driven it from Florida to New Mexico learning a lot about the state of the car on the trip.
The odometer failed on the morning that I picked it up! Lucky me @zensation builds awesome OLED screen replacements. I just got mine back and it works fantastically.

One of the big issues I had so far was learning that the car is full speed density tuned. This made for a tough drive as the car would stall when coming to idle but only in different parts of the country. It now has 2 front O2 sensors, an LS7 MAF sensor and a AEM WBO2. Next stop is the tuning shop.

Can't wait to meet the community.

Some people here should recognize this car

Awww maaannn you didn't tell me it was LS swapped ! No biggie...I get it, probably a much easier car to live with than a rotary. Anyways, congrats again and I look forward to meeting up with you!

A rotary would have been a cool experience but my first car was a 73 Nova with a 350 crate and I missed the power of a V8. Hopefully after a tune the LS will be low maintenance so I can daily it.

That makes sense, and the LS will definitely be on the opposite end of the maintenance spectrum lol.

Welcome to the forum! Your car looks extremely well built and I can appreciate that quite a bit. The LS in an RX-7 is not my thing but I respect the car for its performance potential.
