My name is Sergio. To tell you the truth I was looking for a car at the time, something a little smaller than my usual driver. (98 Chevy Suburban) Got tired of the gas gusler and wanted something smaller, faster. . The 7 caught my eye right away. It seemed old but yet still creaming SPEED!! It was cheap, I guess for the year and the condition. It was running but under the hood it looked pretty messy. The engine looked somewhat different than others. The guy I bought it from said it was a rotary. I've been reading and learning a lot about rotaries and 7's. Bought the Mazda Work Shop Handbook for the year of my 7 and the Hayne's work shop manual aswell. It needs work but Im happy cause I always wanted a car I could work on myself and learn as I go along. The rotary is also something that grabbed my attention, it seemed different and cool. Sometimes is cool to be different, unique.
Well, looking forward to getting advise from everyone and maybe and discuss the many things that I am hoping to do on my 7.

Even worse because a big, old long straight six puts more metal in front of the axle. Less room for cooling stuff up front and handling goes South. Pay no heed to the nonsense, Sergio, stick with the Mazda designers' good ideas.
