Hello, Dorian55, aka Roxy
You must know I am both old and new...This is my first post. I just bought my 4th first gen
RX7...I will get it tomorrow, it is a 1983 automatic, all black....I will post pics when it is in my
possession.
Last time I was on this board was in 1993-4 I had an 82 GSL...long story.
Thanks to the good doctor in Oregon....very good info, I hope I have not intruded.
I have been reading the Viper's info on frozen engines and getting the carbon out...
Makes so much sense.
I am so new at this...thanks...Dorian55 Bellevue WA

It's great to have people joining who love the cars so much they return to the beasts even after having owned more than just a couple of them! I keep telling people who ask that RX-7's are not for the faint of heart nor for a person that wants a trouble-free daily driver! These cars want a lot of attention. Just look at how many "Help, my car won't start!" threads you see in the 1st and 2ndgen tech boards.
Welcome aboard, Dorian! The more 1stgen folk who join the website, the better, sez I!

You have quite a collection. Sounds like you enjoy racing. I am happy with a healthy car.
