Hello from Canada

Hey guys I'm stu from Edmonton Alberta. New to the rotary scene but been around the automotive scene for 10yrs now. Been a licensed mechanic for 8 of those years. Have had my fair share of modified cars and motorcycles and have always loved the 3rd gen rx7. Just never found the right one or had the money. Just was transferred to Edmonton from London Ontario to get a dream job that pays very well with a friend of mine who has aspirations to buy a supra. There is a nice road course in town so we will both be purchasing our dream cars in a year or so and building track monsters. So when the time comes ill post what I can when I can and untill the. I hope to be a helpful member of this forum.

You can fit an Rx7 on the roller coaster tracks in the West Ed mall Stu!
(by the way expand your typing to more than just one worded "Welcomes" as they just get WIPED..read the Greeting Thread up top of this section.)

Sounds good. Thanks for the feedback. I'm going to try and avoid getting my car stuck in a mall though

Good to know. I'm still in the process of deciding whether I am going to go with a rotary build or go with an ls or other motor swap. I know the purists will say 13b is where it's at but a v8 seems cheaper and more reliable in the long run. Either way it's gonna be sweet.

I just checked. hes in barrhead. which is even closer to you!! I'm not sure if im allowed to post up kijiji ad links. but I'm sure you can find it.

93 LS1 RX7

I think I have decided on a FC. I really like FD's but I'm more of a classic kinda guy.

Just saw that one. For 15 grand I don't think it's worth it. I could spend another5-10 and get a mint one from the states.
