Hello Everyone,
I have never owned a rotary engine but was recently gifted a 1985 RX-7 GS that has sat in a garage since 1995. Family friend is moving and didn't want to deal with it anymore. Said if I could get it running it was mine!
It is currently stored about an hour and a half away from where I live so I haven't had the chance to fully inspect the vehicle. From what I was told it was running and taken care of well before being parked and should have less than 100k on it.
I figured coming here and seeing what other individuals have done to get cars running well that have sat was a good place to start.
I am looking to make a trip down there and take a look at it this Sunday! (Pictures incoming!)
Excited to get it up and running and take it to a meet-up/Drive
Thanks guys!

Hello fellow Washingtonian! That is a swell find you have there. My first car was an 85 GS and I miss it far more than I care to admit.
Take good care of it. They are really fun little cars. IF you need someone to take it off your hands though, I'll be the guy breathing heavily outside your house
