Greetings from Tucson!
Well, there's not much for me to say, since I fell out of the RX-7 thing a few years back due to family issues. When I was working on them, I went through about 3 1st gens (black 85 GSL with no engine, along with an '80 and '83, both misty blue's, both ran, the '83 sounded like a damn cessna, though.), before the '80 or '83 got tossed in storage, because the parents decided I needed a "safe car to drive at 16", which ironically was a more dangerous car to drive, since the brakes didn't stop the car in a reasonable amount of time (120-150' to stop from 40mph, standing on the brake, after new everything, except flexible lines.), and still don't stop the car anywhere near as fast as my Firebird stops, after replacing everything but the hard lines (which is the reason I ended up smashing in the front end. Safer how? It's the oxymoron of safe. Can't move out of its own way, and brakes that work worse than a flintstone mobile).
