Greetings from OH

Ever since my grandfather took me for a ride in his Miata when I was young, I've been in love with cars. Recently, I acquired a Mazda of my own, a 1980 RX-7 GS.

I look forward to learning more about Wankel engines, Mazda, and my 1980s time machine!

See you around!

Welcome to the forum from a fellow Ohio resident!! What part of Ohio are you from? Would love to see pictures of your SA!! I have a 1980 RX-7 Leather Sport. The early cars have a special place in my heart.

Welcome to the club. There's a pretty good following for anything rotary in Ohio if you're near Columbus. I used to be around there. Took a look at your other post about rear brakes, you do have a few options for getting things un-borked, including converting to GSL/GSL-SE discs.

Akagis_white_comet,

Good seeing another Initial D fan on here.

Thanks for the advice. Someday I'd like to put rear discs on the car, but I'd like to keep the drums for now, since it's most important to me that the car gets back on the road.
