other bits include, turbo2 trans, GSLSE running gear, adjustable front suspension,3 into 4 inch exhaust, rotaRB wheels 15x7/15x8

I am a machinist by trade, do all my own work so it saves alot of $$

never used these forums before, but looking to get back into the rotary crowd since my long hibernation, and if i can get the darn pics to load in...ill have some for ya to look at. it keeps rejecting the upload..

It's been a while since I read all this but I think you have to get past a specific amount of posts before the pic will upload...either that or you're past the 250k file limit. Nice intro but....what was the name? lol...also, just how did you find yourself falling in love with all things rotary?

name is Mark, need to look into the profile deal i guess and see if it has fields for such things

me a rotaries...well i have a friend named simon that when i first came in contact with him was quite the rotory builder and was puting a 13b in a 911 porsche, being a machinist i was imediately roped into helping and when it finalized into the 600+ hp machine that it was, i just had to have one too, but to hell with a rear engine money pit porsche....i like 1st gens, they are light, cheap and light.

spose im lucky to have met alot of seasoned rotory ppl, i used to do engine doweling and bearing pinning and what not for indio racing from tampa, thats a 7 sec 13b car, have another friend who owns extremeturbo in lakeland with a 3,000+ HP pro mod ford who works with me on the fuel injection ideas and is me electromotive source.

guess the thing i like the most about the whole rx7 thing, is that they are still the underdog that bites hard, they are uncommon because stupid ppl cant make them work, the RPMs...mm yes RPMs....and i can cary my engine to the bench...

im just new to this forum, i normally dont frequent forums, but im in search of a few finishing parts as well as maybe finding a few gatherings and what not to take the car to, since we owners and the few remaining parts cars are kinda few and far between.

Well, the internet forums can be a good resource and this particualr website is a great resource for all things RX-7, including the social aspects of ownership. Hit your regional boards and see who's out there!
