Fun Times Ahead
I picked up a 87 TII for a track car. No major issues with it, couple tweaks here and there needed. Never really worked on cars much, but I am excited to learn and I do pick things up pretty quickly. I work with wiring on a regular basis anyway so I am not to worried about that.
All in all I am looking forward to fun time.
List of fixes and or upgrades to do and the order I plan on doing them in:
Fix 3800 Hesitation
Replace Shifter bushings and Shifter head
fix couple of minor leak items(oil filter pedestal leaks O ring on LIM leaks a little)
Upgrade Fuel pump and Radiator.
Wideband install(already have it sitting in the box)
clean up dash - Looking for options here for a gauge cluster for the center windshield dash or something.

I will be doing the first 3 before I drive it anywhere(other then to get safety inspection done to get it registered). I should have all these done before AutoX season.

I am ordering parts for doing the first three things today well at least for bushings and the LIM O ring and filter pedestal. I am hoping to find a shift **** somewhere for cheap that looks decent, like maybe a junk yard or something.
Thanks for the concern. I think I will end up driving it about 8 miles before that stuff gets fixed, to the safety inspection and back. I should be fine for that little bit since I won't even go over 3800 rpm.
