IN Finally got one!!!

Picked up this '86 yesterday with 86k miles, freshly rebuilt engine. Drove it 4 hours home smooth sailing. It still feels unreal that I even own this car.

Congrats! She's a beauty. Nice, low miles too.

What are you plans for the car?

My plan right now is to get it registered so I can drive it lol. It was a great drive home but now she's just sittin pretty outside my house. After that though, once I financially recover from such a hefty purchase, I'd like to swap to S5 tails and perhaps get some wheels next. It's already on coilovers (racingbeat I believe) with a koyorad radiator and stainless steel brake lines, as well as a sound system and short shifter so I'm good on QoL/reliability upgrades for now. My plan is to get the exterior looking nice, some miscellaneous performance upgrades like an LSD, and maybe way down the line i'll push for a bit more power. I don't really have any crazy plans right now, I enjoy it how it is and I'll probably just upgrade what I feel needs upgraded as I go.

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new RX-7!! Sunrise Red is a great color as well! I had an identical FC a few years back!
