Welcome to the forum! I'm in Houston.

This forum has helped me out quite a bit with the small issues I've come across. Keep us updated with your car.

Thank you. I found out by using the VIN checker here in the tools section thay my 7 is a gs model. It is like a cream color with brown interior. When I. Was driving it home today I opened it up on the highway you know to feel the power of the 12a and it produced a bit cloud of white smoke. But after that not again. It just needed to be driven hard for a bit.

thank you all for the welcome. i have never worked on a rotary engine before and honestly i'm a bit um hesitant about working on it. there is so much stuff under the hood. i want to get rid of it all. i want a clean engine bay. i did a compression test on it today ( i searched on how to do it with a normal tester) on both rotors it never got below 90psi. is that good? im used to pistons and having compression around 150-160psi range. i have been searching the forum the past few days and have found a lot of mods i want to do. i want to Strip the Nikki ( https://www.rx7club.com/1st-gen-arch...i-down-648376/ ) but the pics are gone, so that makes it a bit harder to do. i have a MSD system and i want to do the DLIDFIS but there is so much stuff under the hood i cant find a good place to mount the MSD box. can anybody point me in the right direction on what i can get rid of under the hood. the AC dose not work ( compressor is seized ) so i have removed all of it. ( kept thinking to myself man that condenser would make one hell of a oil cooler). the beehive has a small leak, and my temp gauge goes all the way to hot as soon as i turn the key on. the shutter valve is bad so it will be removed. all emissions will be going away also. cant wait to get rid of the rats nest. my plan for this car is power and looks.
