MA Cape Cod Beauty 1979 Spark Yellow

Hey Now! Psyched to show off my 4/78 1979 Mazda Rx7. No rust and restored quite well! Drives like New. I love to drive it except when it's 80 outside! Fall and Spring are perfect months. I did have it out today! So much fun to drive.

That SA is gorgeous!! Do you know any history on the car and do you have any maintenance records for the car from over the years?

I bought the car off eBay. I saw it featured on Hooniverse. It was a one owner from California. Shipped it to Cape Cod. I spoke to original owner (his name and number were in the title) and he had all of the maintenance but I have since lost his number so I was never able to get it sent to me. He drove it for 239k. Put a brand new manufacturer original engine at 140k. Traded it in for cash for clunkers in 2011. Went up for auction. Just needed a tune up and had some hood and tailgate rust which was completely replaced with new steel. Replaced all badging, seals, molding and some other replacement parts. Lots of new interior parts. Beautiful new paint job with original Spark Yellow paint. Runs and looks like new!

I would never have guessed that the car has over 240k miles on it!! The original owner really maintained the car! Too bad you don't have the maintenance records but at least you have a good idea of the car's history! That's more than most these days.
