93 LHD Touring - Canada
First RX-7.. but definitely not my first car.
I've owned almost everything you can think of in an attempt to figure out what I truly want to build.
S13 Silvia's, S14 Silvias, TT 5spd Soarer, MKIV Supra, FR-S, IS300, 350Z, STi, SRT-4, Talon TSi ... etc - this list goes on.
Anyway - I told myself I wanted to try every car and modify it and see how it suited me. That was when I was younger... and now I'm slightly older and in a career that allows me to truly enjoy my passion for vehicles and ready to dive further into a project than I have before.
The decision to buy an RX-7 (FD) came essentially from a list that I made myself once I got my dream job.
The list included cars like E46 M3, MKIV Supra (LHD), RX-7 (LHD) and a few other "maybe's".
I went away to work and while at work I searched and searched for an RX-7 and then this one came up on Autotrader. It had terrible photos and the ad was poorly written. It was cheap for a LHD Canadian car - so I had to go check it out. I lined up everything for my days off and after all said and done I signed the papers and was pleased with the car's interior and exterior. The engine didnt run the best (poor tune and old technology - probably bad fuel too). But - it was the interior and exterior I wanted in the color I was hoping for.
So here it is - 1993 LHD Canadian Car - I'm the 3rd owner.
90,000km's on it - 5 SPD Touring - Black on Silver.
Car was parked for 8 years by previous owner - he only put 8,000km's on it in his ownership.
