Red face Brief Intro...

Hi everyone.....new here but not new to the FB platform. Mainly here to brush up on some engine build techniques as well as see what the tried and true methods for these wankel engines are.

I am not a stranger to high hp builds and you can see most of them on my IG @lmotorsports.

i recently acquired a 85 FB and will be looking to make it road worthy again. So please bear with me if some of my questions seem Mondaying.

I will be looking for an entire swap (12a or 13B or hybrid) carburetted for it. So thats just a quick snipit of why Im here.

Thanks for letting me join!

Thanks.

the pic is a bit deceiving......I would say a solid 6 out of 10. Other than a few spots of surface rust the body is clean. The interior especially the door panels (top portion vinyl ) will need work. I could not let this go un restored or not saved.

I am on the lookout for a drivetrain for it....so if anyone has a lead on anything close to NC....give me a shout.

I will be doing a build thread here once we get going on it.

The car does look good and a 6/10 isn't awful. I'll look forward to seeing your progress on the car!
