Beginning of the rotary adventure

Hello, I am new to the rotary scene and have some fair knowledge about rotaries. So, recently I just bought a 87 base model FC (65k miles) not too long ago. Previous owner kept it in there warehouse/farm he also told me he kept up with maintenance and that the engine hasn’t been rebuilt. So not sure if a rebuilt will be coming soon because I don’t have a compression tester to test the compression. Other than that I look forward to learning with the rest of you guys!!

Welcome!! At 65k miles it should be just fine. The engine in an NA FC will typically last 150k or so miles as long as you are not driving the pants off of it every time you drive it. Would love to see pictures of the car!
