Heyo,
My name is Kai, I live down in the SF Bay Area.
Mechanical Engineering student that will be graduating in May and ended up getting myself a big project to celebrate.
Ive been on hiatus on owning a rotary for a few years while I concentrated on academics, but I think now I will have more time, money and space I need to finish my new project.

My first rotary was a 88 GTU that I never had time or funds for as a student. Also didn't feel like I had enough mechanical experience to work on everything confidently. Ended up selling the unfinished project and ended up with a 1990 Miata which has been treating me very well.
It's been a few years with a few different projects and I'm feeling more confident to finish something I will be happy with.

Currently starting up on a 1994 FD I've been wanting to purchase since I was young. I ended up buying the exact car my dad used to have when I was a kid back in the 90s. I'll be posting a build thread if your interested in the story and the work I will be doing to the car.

I'm hoping to use some of the resources I've made over the last few years as an engineering student to possibly make some custom parts.
