Back in Black
my name is Adam i used to have a 1987 mazda rx7, but with the hard times i had to sell my car, worse thing i could have done, i put so much time and money into it it was pretty nice. but here last october i aquired a 1977 mazda cosmo, black in color, has lots of potential. have really big plans for the car, nothing im willing to reveal as of yet but, i could use any useful info about the car, mainly if any parts are interchangable with the first gen rx7. its good to be back in the rotory world
An interesting find there, Adam. When you break out of the RX-7 world, you really get into a specialized group of people with arcane knowledge of what can be used from the later Mazda's on the earlier ones. They are here without a doubt, though. Read up on the Sgt Fox posty because you're really going to need to head over to the old skool boards for solid info.

the rx7 that i picked up years ago, was only 250 bucks, then i bought a running motor for only 200 bucks then about a month later and spending about another 4 to 500 bucks, i had a running rx7. how i miss that car
