Hi, My name is Alex, and I'm addicted to RX-7s. Live in a small town in central NC- Asheboro. My obsession started with playing Need for Speed on a PC many years ago, I always picked the RX-7 because the sound it made. Fast forward, motorcycles, college, starting a business, marriage, now a kid, and I'm finally in the position to make my dream a reality. Bought a BB 93 roller some months back, didn't take long to realize my limited time and knowledge of this car, and lack of research, it wasn't going to work out. Now I'm on the hunt for a complete car. There seems to be a wealth of information on this site, and I can't wait to dive in some more!

 

Alex, welcome and congrats on your recent milestones in life. It takes a lot of maturity to back off a project and go the direction you're moving.

I know before I got married and graduated college, it wasn't a big deal doing anything to the car; now my time is more precious than anything else and it gets tough!

My only advice is buy something as well sorted as you can afford and save yourself the time I know you DON'T have. Even minor issues can become difficult to work out when there's no time to work on the car.
