94 VR in Chicago

Hey everyone!

This past Saturday, 4/20/19, I purchased my 94 FD with a glass sunroof. Car has just over 121xxx miles, motor was built and ported by Banzai in 2008. Has a bunch of reliability mods and the seller was nice enough to include an extra couple 18x8.5 BBS rgr's with the sale. Looking forward to cleaning the car up this summer.

Taken during my test drive

First fill up. If you look closely by the gas cap you'll notice the rusty spot. Debating how to address that, might go with Feed style fenders, or cut out the rust and roll the fenders. Curious what you guys think though.

Safety first. Planning to wrap 235 rubber around the 8.5" BBS wheels and rotate the wheels as the 18x9.5 +20mm that are currently in the rear rub.

The car's "good side"

Just ordered a bunch of random parts from Atkins Rotary. Was able to source the glass sunroof cover on Facebook (I understand why these are Financial Disasters now) the day after I bought it. Planning to do basic maintenance at my garage in Chicago, and then take the car to Banzai for new injectors and a re-tune. The car currently has 850cc injectors for both the primary and secondary injectors and runs pretty rich. Idle is a bit rough as well. Hoping to move to 550cc primary, and 1300/1500cc secondary injectors.
