Was thinking of the same swap

Hi there, I was thinking of doing the same swap, but it gets complicated when it comes to having a mazda with a toyota Engine in Bahrain , especially at a time of yearly traffic safety, Hence I will stick with a 20b build and try my luck with that.

we don't use any swap kits.
we use the stock mazda engine cage and weld on the mounts for the 1jz/2jz

not an issue about power..we just don't have rotary mechanics or parts available in this country. there hasnt been a mazda dealership since the 70's..they're only a handful of RX7s anyways and so no mechanics, no tools and no parts in the market at all.

and we don't have LS either.

what we have are plenty of 1jz/2jz taken from cut cars imported from japan..

I agree..and i really do wish i could swap it back to a rotary but the costs of importing a rebuilt 13b or even a half cut rx7 (potentially with engine problems as there are no guarantees) the costs are just too high..
