93 FD, R1 CYM, my first Rotary, introduction

Hello everyone. Here's my 93 Competition Yellow Mica. The paint has seen better days, as there is fade on the rear bumper, roof and trunk, but i'm relative happy with it overall. I bought the car from a friend back in May of this year. He let it go to me for 15k. Since then I've put about 3500 and a lot of time into the car, and still no where near where i'd like it to be. I'm actually contemplating selling it.... She's going to need a rebuild in the future, as a have no paperwork supporting a rebuilding being done previously, and she's got 111k on the clock. Here's the minor list of Mods that i'm aware of. Everything done by the previous owner.

#1 Adaptronic ECU ( Previously improperly hooked up. This is one thing I had a friends shop help me Diagnose and fix.)
#2 Full Racing Beat Exhaust
#3 Fully rebuild Trans with new clutch.
#4 Conservatively Tuned.
#5 Koyo Rad
#6 Aftermarket intake with K&N Filters
#7 99 JDM Spec Spoiler. (Freshly Refinished)
#8 Carbon Fiber Cluster Hood to match spoiler.
#9 Many interior repairs since the previous owner. The inside was completely taken apart when the vehicle was sold to me.
#10 New Belts
#11 New Alternator
#12 Lightweight Pulleys
#13. All new Trans Mounts and bushings
#14. Previously ... Charged Erroneously for not hooking up the Adaptronic ECU Correctly...
#15 Coilover Suspension - Unknown**
#16 Rays Wheels(Excellent Condition, wrapped with 255,35,ZR18(Front and back) Dunlop tires) .
#17. True Boost(AEM)
#18. AFR(AEM)
#19. Large Front Mount Intercooler (Not sure of the brand)
#20. Completely replaced Vacuum Lines.
#21. Fresh Pads and Rotors.

List of work I've had done since the purchase... The Following was completed by DSK Racing Element of Belair MD
#1. Adaptronic Troubleshooting, Idle Tuning,
Diagnosis of Incorrect Adaptronic Install (Needed
a Vacuum Reference to MAP Port, and Electrical
Signal from Wideband to Serial In)
$600
#2. Troubleshooting & Diagnosis of Low
Compression/Misfire Along With Diagnosis of
Cold Start Smoke Issue. (Worn Apex Seals, Worn
Coolant Seals, Worn Rotor Housing, Blown Turbo
Oil Cartridge Seals) $450
#3. Diagnosis of Turn Signal/Hazard Computer Circuit
#4. Board Failure$150
#5. Gauge Cluster Repair $160
#6. Carbon Fiber Dash Cover Installation $150 (The car Had no Cluster hood when I bought the vehicle) +150 for cluster hood. ($300)
#7. Replacement of Spark Plugs $75
#8. Replacement of Coolant Hoses $75 + $55(Hoses from Atkins)
#9. Replacement of Serpentine Belt AC/Alt $75
#10. Interior Trim Installation $800 (The interior on the car was a nightmare when I first picked it up. I cannot say enough about how much the guys helped with the re-install and even repair several trim pieces.
#11. Various Relay/Circuit Testing $175
#12. Carbon Wing Refinish $300

Separately.. I ordered and installed...
#1. Flasher/ Hazard Unit. ($256 - New from Tasca)
#2. Alternator ($155 - Advance)
#3. Poly engine Mounts ($70- Ebay - Still need to install)

Currently.. I'm Woking through the following Issues.. Feel free to comment. Not asking for help yet, but I've done a fair share of searching...
#1. When I changed the Alternator, and switched over the lightweight pulley the following happened.... Oil Pressure Light came on, low coolant light came on, ABS light came on, and the Charge battery light came on. I'm relatively sure it's an issue with the battery terminal but haven't been successful at diagnosing why this happened yet. After testing all parts of the alternator it appears to putting out the proper amount of voltage.
#2. After installing the Flasher/ Hazards CPU the signals, horn, etc. are still not working. This is a new unit sourced from Mazada by Tasca.

Thanks for looking.

Cheers

Jon H

Such a pretty car! Love the color, and the upgrades are tasteful. I just bought my first FD3S back in March from a military guy in Maryland.

Best of luck with the car!
