'86 Rx7

Well Hello, My name is Brandon. I am the second owner of a 1986 Rx7 GSE purchased for 1200 and I got 80000 miles out of the wonderful 12a engine. sadly it recently died and I am in the process of fixing this. Hence why I am here on Rx7 club

Terrible news that you blew your motor. Are you planning on keeping the same motor or doing a swap?

12a in an FC?

What 'Bay Area' are you in. I'm in the SF bay area myself.

Hollister just south of San Jose actually

No way to rebuild this engine really... I would have to replace both rotor Housings oh and I keep calling it an 86... that is what it was sold to me as, it is actually an 85 that the owner bought in 86.

not sure if I want a rebuild or a swap I have a not so nice rotor


that is the damage that occurred and I posted a thread in the performance channel if you all want to go look at it
