Hello y'all,
I recently picked up my first project car, an 83 rx7. I am in the process of rebuilding the carb and fuel system. The body is in good shape but the interior is pretty rough. I'm hoping to change the interior from red to black, the dash is trashed so that needs to be replaced. Any advice is appreciated.

Welcome to the forum! Would love to see pictures of the car!! Given your location, its no wonder the interior has seen better days. I'd rather deal with that than the rust we get here in Ohio.

As you can see the dash is done and I'm missing the door panels.

 

Does anyone know what size bolts are used for the fuel straps? When I bought it the tank was out and I'm missing them

 

What a fun project! I have actually seen some full interior parts such as carpet and dash on rock auto. not all that expensive either 200-400 range. Welcome to the forum.

 

I think you may have an '83 Limited edition from the red interior and the upgraded radio and equalizer. Is the car silver or kind of a greenish silver?
