1982 Series 2 RX7 with 13BBPT
Hello all,
Just introducing myself onto the forum. My name's Rhys and I live in the land down under; Australia. I have been a member for some time and had a few posts under my belt but my account was reset. So I thought I would share my car with you. As the title mentions, its a 1982 Series 2 SA22C (FB I think for you guys) with a Series 4 Turbo 2 13BT that's been bridgeported. I rebuilt and ported the motor with the generous help of a friend. It's running alot of the necessary ancillaries (1000cc injectors, Microtech, FMIC, aftermarket plenum) and I am just finishing off installation of a BW S360 that's replacing a T04Z. Here are some pics ... hope you like.
Cheers Rhys

Nice car man, Super clean! I myself just picked up a 93 CYM (yellow FD) and I have a new appreciation for yellow cars. Id love to see more pics if you have time to take/post them. keep up the good work and happy modding/driving!

Thanks for the comments guys.
I actually bought the wheels from the US, they are Rota RB's in 17x7 with 215 semi-slick tyres. Got them from Welcome to 18 Racing , great company to deal with and good pricing.
I think the wheels give the car that more classy look although the yellow does make it a bit leary. Strangely enough this is a factory colour, so the Japanese certainly were advantageous back in the early 80's.
